Terms & Conditions (Sales, Shipping, Claims, and Orders)

Claims
Any issues with your shipment, including damage, loss, or shortage, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period cannot be processed, as most carriers do not accept late filings.

Sales and Title Transfer
All wine sales are completed in California. Title to the goods passes to the buyer in their respected States  – At the customer’s request, we may assist in coordinating shipment with a third-party common carrier. The carrier is engaged on behalf of the customer, and the customer assumes responsibility for the shipment and compliance with all applicable laws outside of California.-We make no representation regarding the legality of importing or receiving wine in any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with the laws of the destination state.

Shipping
We offer shipping to many states; however, shipping availability is subject to change based on applicable laws and carrier restrictions. If an order cannot be shipped, we will contact you or cancel the order.-If shipment cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe, the customer is responsible for providing alternative delivery instructions.

Age Requirement and Delivery
Wine may only be purchased by persons 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. An adult aged 21 or older must be present to receive the shipment and provide a valid government-issued photo identification upon delivery.

Substitutions
If a wine becomes unavailable after purchase, you agree to accept a substitute of equal or greater value with a similar style or profile.

Cancellations and Returns
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment without penalty. Once shipped, all sales are final. Returned wine cannot be resold and is considered a loss.

Eligible cancellations will be refunded in full, excluding any gratuities, which must be requested directly from the consultant.

Government Warning
According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy due to the risk of birth defects. Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery and may cause health problems.
