Claims
Any issues with your shipment, including damage, loss, or shortage, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period cannot be processed, as most carriers do not accept late filings.
Shipping & Compliance Requirements
All alcoholic beverage shipments are subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By placing an order with King Frosch / BBG Ltd., the purchaser confirms that they are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase and receive alcoholic beverages in the destination jurisdiction.
Orders are processed and fulfilled in California and shipped via licensed common carriers to the delivery address provided by the customer. Adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery for all alcohol shipments. Deliveries cannot be made to minors, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations where prohibited by law.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information, coordinating delivery availability, and complying with all applicable destination-state laws and requirements. Requests for carrier holds, re-routing, address corrections, vacation holds, or delivery changes should be coordinated directly with the carrier whenever possible.
Risk of loss and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the purchaser upon tender of the shipment to the common carrier for transportation. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be impacted by weather, carrier delays, regulatory holds, peak shipping periods, or events outside our control.
Sales tax may be collected and remitted where required by applicable law based on the delivery destination and jurisdictional tax requirements. Certain jurisdictions may impose additional taxes, reporting obligations, import limitations, or quantity restrictions.
All sales are final once shipped. Alcoholic beverages and food products generally cannot be restocked or resold once shipped due to health, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Orders refused, abandoned, returned, or undeliverable due to customer action or inaction are not eligible for refund and may incur additional return shipping, storage, disposal, handling, and re-shipping charges.
We reserve the right to decline, delay, hold, or cancel shipments that may violate applicable laws, carrier policies, licensing requirements, weather safety concerns, or operational limitations.
Shipping
We offer shipping to many states; however, shipping availability is subject to change based on applicable laws and carrier restrictions. If an order cannot be shipped, we will contact you or cancel the order.-If shipment cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe, the customer is responsible for providing alternative delivery instructions.
Age Requirement and Delivery
Wine may only be purchased by persons 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. An adult aged 21 or older must be present to receive the shipment and provide a valid government-issued photo identification upon delivery.
Substitutions
If a wine becomes unavailable after purchase, you agree to accept a substitute of equal or greater value with a similar style or profile.
Cancellations and Returns
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment without penalty. Once shipped, all sales are final. Returned wine cannot be resold and is considered a loss.
Eligible cancellations will be refunded in full, excluding any gratuities, which must be requested directly from the consultant.
Government Warning
According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy due to the risk of birth defects. Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery and may cause health problems.
